Gullegem made its return to the Telenet Superprestige on Saturday, January 4th. Lucinda Brand appeared set to miss the podium for much of the race, but after some impressive final laps, she claimed victory. Wout van Aert, on the other hand, came out on top after a tough duel with Eli Iserbyt.

Women Elite
Lucinda Brand claimed the Telenet Superprestige race in Gullegem. The Dutch champion had to chase throughout the race, but in the final lap, she dropped Backstedt, Alvarado, and Bentveld.
Men Elite
Wout van Aert claimed his first victory of the cyclocross season in Gullegem. Eli Iserbyt fought back until the very last lap but ultimately had to concede defeat to the Team Visma | Lease a Bike rider.
